In its decision-making and corporate governance, Nightingale Health complies with Finnish Companies Act, securities markets legislation, the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Rulebook, the Company’s Articles of Association as well as other applicable regulations.
Nightingale Health furthermore has opted to comply with the Finnish Corporate Governance Code (available at https://cgfinland.fi/en/). The Finnish Corporate Governance Code is issued by the Finnish Securities Market Association and adopted by Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd.
