Main market listing 2025
Nightingale Health Plc has submitted a listing application with Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd to admit the company’s series B shares on trading on the Main Market of Nasdaq Helsinki. The listing is conditional upon Nasdaq Helsinki approving the company’s listing application and the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority approving the prospectus prepared in connection with the listing. Trading in the shares is expected to commence on the Main Market of Nasdaq Helsinki on or about 19 March 2025. In addition, the company has requested the shares to be removed from the First North Growth Market Finland marketplace maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki.
